Step-by-step instructions on how to create a team in Fantasy Sports Cion

Step 1: Download the app

  • Go to the Fantasy Sports Cion website and find the button to download the app. Click on it to start the download process on your device. Wait for the APK file to finish downloading – it will be automatically saved to your device’s memory.
  • Once the download is complete, open the Downloads folder on your device. Find the downloaded APK file and launch it. If the installation asks for permission to use files from unknown sources, go to the settings and activate this option. Follow the on-screen instructions to successfully complete the installation.

Step 2: Familiarize yourself with fantasy sports

  • Learn the fantasy cricket rules available on the site.
  • Familiarize yourself with the different fantasy sports formats: one-day matches, test matches, and tournaments.
  • Complete tutorials or videos if available.

Step 3: Create a team

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to the “Create a team” section.
  • Select the fantasy cricket format (e.g. one-day or test matches).
  • Select players for your team from the list available. Make sure you consider:
  • Player stats (runs scored, wickets taken, etc.).
  • Players’ recent appearances and form.
  • Team formation rules (number of players from each category: batsmen, bowlers, all-rounders, wicketkeepers).

Step 4: Set a strategy

  • Decide on your strategy: take an aggressive approach or focus on consistent players.
  • Consider game conditions (weather, stadium, etc.) as they can impact player performance.
  • Monitor injury and substitution news.

Step 5: Join Leagues

  • Join existing leagues or create your own league with friends.
  • Make sure you understand the league rules, including the scoring system.
  • Request an invite or send links to friends to create a private league.

Step 6: Team Management

  • Monitor your team’s performance throughout the season.
  • Make changes to your roster if players are injured or underperforming.
  • Use transactions to swap players or add new ones if your league rules allow it.

Step 7: Scoring and Analysis

  • After matches are over, review how your team did.
  • Understand the scoring system: understand which actions are worth more points (e.g. runs scored, wickets taken).
  • Analyze which players brought you points and which did not to improve your strategy in future games.
